This page covers the Shirav Labs list on shiravlabs.com. It is short because the list collects very little.
Who holds your data
Shirav Atlas FZE LLC, Ajman Free Zone, UAE, is responsible for the list (the data controller). Questions and requests go to shiravclinic@gmail.com.
What is stored
When you join: your email address, the country you chose (if you chose one), the time you joined, which form you used, the browser string your browser sends (its user agent), and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or trackers.
Why
One purpose: to email you when Shirav Labs opens. Your email is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it lives
The list is stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers KV), which runs this site. Cloudflare may process data on servers outside your country, under its own data-processing terms and safeguards for international transfers.
How long
Until 12 months after launch, or until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, whichever comes first. A short-lived counter of form attempts per connection is kept for up to two hours to stop abuse, then expires on its own.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to shiravclinic@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion is done within 30 days. Every email from the list has an unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Israel, the Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13) gives you the right to review and correct your data and to complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it, and nothing new is done with your email without asking first.
